Ticketed by the Garbage police

After I arrived home this evening I realized a sitation on my trash can. I did not seperate the Recyclables good enough and were givin a citation by the garbage police. our neihbor up the street said he saw some guy routing through our trash cans but did not notice it was the garbage police. Crazy, you get a ticket if it`s not seperated with at least 85% recyclabes. I`m not paying it.
